त्रिदोष,त्रिगुण पंचमहाभूत का मेल !!

द्रव्य ,गुण ,कर्म ..समवाय का मेल !

समझो तो है सिद्धांत, वरना है सब घालमेल !!

दोषों की अंशांश कल्पना !

अबूझ के लिए एक कल्पना !!

नाडी परीक्षा,प्रकृति विचार !

सद्वृत्त पालन  है आधार !!

वाग्भट ,चरक ,सुश्रुत के कथन !

हैं ये आप्त पुरुषों के वचन !! 

समझो तो हैं ये आप्त  वचन !

वरना हैं  सिर्फ कोरे वचन !!
प्रायोगिकता,मौलिकता से परिपूर्ण !

रस,गुण,वीर्य..प्रभाव का सिद्धांत !!

समझ आये तो गुणी विद्वान् !

ना समझे तो मूर्ख महान !!

शोधन,शमन का चिकित्सा सिद्धांत !

है स्वयं में एक  वृहद् विज्ञान !!

पर कैसे समझे आधुनिक विज्ञान ?

जिंदगी  का यह सफ़र

राहें अलग अलग

कारवां जुदा जुदा

कहाँ से  हुआ शुरू?

कहाँ होगा खत्म?

कहाँ है मंजिल?

कहाँ हैं जन्नत?

कहाँ है खुदा?

जिंदगी का सफ़र 

राहें अलग अलग

मंजिल है एक सी

जहाँ से हुआ शुरू

वहीँ होगा ख़त्म

तू अपने दिल से पूछ

कहाँ है खुदा?

कहाँ है जन्नत?

पायेगा तू खुद में

जन्नत ओर खुदा

बस इतना जान ले

वो ओर कोई नहीं

फर्क कोई नहीं

रिश्ता है तुझमें मुझमें

वो ओर कोई नहीं

वो  रिश्ता एक सा है

वो नाता एक सा है

इंसानियत जिसका नाम है

मोहब्बत जिसका पैगाम है

मिलेगी मंजिल तुझे

तू रिश्ता जोड़ के तो देख

जिंदगी  का यह सफ़र

ग़ुरबत,बेबसी,लाचारी से भरी जिंदगी देख

खुदा भी कहता है,अपने बन्दों से 

तू उठ, जाग,खड़ा हो मेरे लिए

तू अपना है,पराया नहीं

तू मेरे लिए जी कर  तो देख

 मैं अपने बन्दों से ना कहूँ अपना दुःख

तो क्या जाहिलों से कहूँ

वो भी मेरे बन्दे हैं

फर्क इतना है,तू अपना है दर्द समझता है

वो अपना है,दर्द देता है

मैं सोचता हूँ कभी I

मैं  सोचता हूँ कभी I

मैं देखता हूँ कभी II

आंसुओं से भरे वो चेहरे I

दर्द छलकते वो गहरे II

लोगों क़ी जुबां पे चिकित्सक I

होता है ईश्वर का  रूप II

पर मुझे पता है,नहीं मैं उसका रूप I

मैं तो हूँ एक माध्यम II

दर्द देने -लेने का साधन I

अगर दर्द लूँ तो भगवान् II

अगर दर्द दूँ तो शैतान I

मैं  सोचता हूँ कभी I

मैं देखता हूँ कभी II

आंसुओं से भरे वो चेहरे I

दर्द छलकते वो गहरे II

अगर होता मैं भगवान् I

तो क्यूँ न  हरता सबके दुःख II

न  होता कोई कभी  दु:खी I

न मरता कोई कभी II

मैं मांगता हूँ खुदा से I

दे इतनी शक्ति  मुझमें II

आये जो कोई दुखी I

वो ले जाये ख़ुशी II

क्या बचपन,अल्हड-दीवानापन था !

क्या  खुशियाँ और गम थे !!

माँ का आँचल था!

क्षण में खुशी और गम का आलम था!!

न कोई परवाह थी,न कोई गिला-शिकवा!  

बस दोस्त थे और दोस्ती थी!!

जिंदगी से कम हो गए एक साल!

अब जवानी क़ी कम होगी बयार!!

न वो बचपन,अल्हड़-दीवानापन रहा!

न वैसी खुशियाँ और गम रहे!!

न माँ का आँचल रहा!

अब खुशी और गम में भी इक दर्द है!!

वो दर्द बचपन,अल्हड़-दीवानेपन के जाने का है!

वो दर्द बुढ़ापे के आने का है!!

जिंदगी से कम हो गए एक साल!

अब जवानी क़ी कम होगी बयार!!

कहते हैं आदमी तन से बूढ़ा होता है,मन से नहीं ! 

क्या लौट सकता है?मन से वो  बचपन!!

क्या लौट सकता है?वो अल्हड दीवानापन!

क्या लौट सकती हैं?वैसी खुशियाँ और गम!!

क्या लौट सकता है?माँ का वो आँचल!

यदि हाँ तो मैं जीना चाहता हूँ!!

उस बचपन,अल्हड-दीवानेपन को दोबारा!

उस खुशी और गम को दोबारा!!

माँ के आँचल क़ी उस छांव को दोबारा!

उन यारों क़ी यारी को दोबारा !!

जिंदगी से कम हो गए एक साल!

Healthy Referral must be promoted between inter-extra disciplinary Medical systems

Nothing is complete in this world a proverb is totally fit in the medical system also.Knowlegde or science is a continuous process of research,analysis and establishing and breaking some concepts.The thing which is estabished now will sustain in next 5 years or not  it can't be said.Medical system is also not a complete system.When there is an Cardiac/Accidental emergency what is the best option we have?The answer is Modern Medicine.The lifesaving drugs and devices has an imporatnt role in saving our precious life at that time.Same thing will  happens when there is a need of Emegency Surgical intervention.So we have  to accept the Modern medical technological advancement. When a patient is suffering from chronic autoimmune ailments the other system like Ayurveda,Unani and Homeopathy shows excellent results. Lot of statements are coming in reference to  Homeopathy now a days in western media .There is a campaign going on in British and other International media that Homeopathy is dangerous,it is a placebo treatment etc etc.Why we forget that the German Doctor Samuel Haneman was a Doctor of Modern Medicine.Why he develops the concept of Similus. When you saw the History of Medicine the tinctures were the common drugs prior to antimicrobial one. And these tinctures were made from different Herbs.In Modern surgical techniques ,exact methods were copied and developed ,as techniques described by Acharya Susruta. Yes it's a truth that anesthesia techniques were not as advanced at that time and painful invasive techniques  unpopularizes the  surgical  community of that time in the name of "Himsa". Now a days the modern medical community not  wants to refer the case beyond their limitations to other systems of medicine.Even Ayurvedic and other system's, doctors are not interested in interdisciplinary referral.But the great scholar of Ayurveda Charka had also quoted thousand of years back in reference to referral as :

तत्र धान्वंतरीयाणामअधिकार: क्रियाविधौ I 

वैद्यानाम क्रित्योग्यानाम व्यध शोधनरोपणे II

The best example of co-ordination between Doctors (Vaidya) is seen in this quote and how the case was referred to an  expert surgeon is mentioned in this .Why these things are not applied in the practical medical discipline?The lack of co-ordination will ultimately leads to the financial,psychological and physical loss of humanity.Our body consists of Natural elements and the tratment near to nature is seen of having excellent results in certain ailments.So it is our duty  to refer the patient to expert physician of concerned speciality.

Poor standard of AYUSH colleges producing substandard graduates

Education is an important part of our social structure of life.When we talk about medical education, it is more important because it produces, legalized scholars having a license to save or kill human beings.I had previously written about the poor standard of Ayurvedic drugs and got a good  response.But when we talk about the Graduate level of   medical education in the field of AYUSH sector ,we saw the same scenario.In the graduate level of studies some colleges have only Hospitals in papers and they only maintain record  of OPD and IPD to produce it at the time of concerned councils inspection.It means that the graduate scholars produced from these colleges have  least practical exposure.I have seen in some colleges, how the management changes a Hotel to a Hospital and the respected councils people shut their mouth by observing all the things.Same is happening in the teaching faculty level.Maximum colleges are  not fulfilling  the criteria.They have only the faculty on paper and working elsewhere and getting a fixed  emoluments as per the deal. These things should be changed.The corruption deep rooted  in the councils is also responsible for this.There are so many small  Ketan Desai in the AYUSH councils who are working for providing benefits to these substandard colleges.Some members of councils are sponsored candidate of some  private colleges.These colleges are producing a licensed sub-standard graduates, by even not fulfilling  the  norms of getting admission.From this academic year (2011-02), the Department of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy) has increased the requirement of minimum availability of teachers for under graduate colleges of ASU system from 28 to 32 teachers. In addition, there is now a mandatory requirement of one teacher in all the 14 departments of Ayurveda colleges, 8 departments of Unani colleges and 14 departments of Siddha colleges.But these norms are only fulfilled on paper to satisfy the Department of AYUSH as usual.The AYUSH department has no such technology to ascertain the confirmation of following norms or not  at any time.

Importance of Higher studies in Ayurveda

Meaning: The Scholar who is on completion of his/her higher studies should be Presentable, Knowledgeable,Confident and more practical in his studies.......!!

 Higher studies is necessary to broaden the field and vision in any stream,also in Ayurveda. In mindset of young Ayurvedic graduates common question arises that what is the importance of doing Post graduation.? Only teaching or anything else! Acharya Susruta great scholar of Ayurveda explained Importance of higher education,as it enhances the presentation skill in terms of explanation,expression and self confidence over  the subject and ultimately leads to command and boldness in clinical practice.This difference is also seen in the working field. Up-gradation of knowledge is essential part of education and it is necessary in Ayurvedic field also.We saw the practitioners working in Ayurvedic field are least interested towards opening their brain channels.Some scholars looks like they have firmly decided that will not open their window for rest of the world.I have seen such peoples working in our community who has forgotten the basic principles of Ayurveda. My ruthless writing hurts to such peoples but the truth should not be hidden by clouds of lie.Yes its true that higher studies in Ayurveda has loosen their standard.Except some institute of National level,other institutes are only doing their professional business in this field.But this will not deteriorate the importance of higher education.Another important aspect of higher studies we forget is clinical research.In western world a single salt will came after vigorous clinical trial of years.But what is the level our clinical research?Our clinical research part is lagging from western world in Modern medicine as well as in Ayurveda.Poor standard of research work has not able to compete ourselves in scientific world.Its dam truth that Ayurvedic Medicines and procedures has time tested and practiced from thousand of years.But only saying this will not prove us.Some Ayurvedic graduates are now working in the Clinical research field,but they are  also limiting themselves in Modern Medicine,probably due to good package and exposure.Another important thing is that our Post-graduates  are not treated as specialized.So only option with them is teaching.Teaching Ayurvedic graduates has not satisfied to some buddies because they want to be a doctor.So standardization with more scope and good emoluments is necessary after higher education in Ayurveda.

जीवन वृद्धि का अरमान दिया

धूप दी तो छाँव दिया

क्षुधा दी तो भोजन दिया

काटें दिए तो फूल दिया

पवन दिया,नभ दिया

अग्नि दी, जल दिया

जंगल दिए,प्राणी दिए,

बदले मैं तुने मुझे क्या दिया

नंगी जमीन,सूने जंगल

दूषित जल ,कंक्रीट के महल

मुझे चाहिए इनका हिसाब

अब धूप नहीं आग बरसेगी

अब क्षुधा नहीं भूख दिखेगी

अब पवन नहीं तूफ़ान आयेंगे

अब अग्नि नहीं शोले दिखेंगे

अब जल नहीं सैलाब दिखेगा

अब प्राणी नहीं शमशान दिखेगा

अब भी वक़्त है तू जान

मेरी सत्ता को पहचान

तू सहेज मेरे दिए को

वापस कर मेरे ये गहने
